- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We have used Berger Realty for 5+ years for our summer vacation, with no issues until this year. Mold spores and an overbearing Mildew smell drove us out of our vacation rental on the third day. While sympathetic, Berger did not offer any assistance in relocating us and we were left spending the rest of our vacation squeezing in with friends. While our lease is with the owner and Berger is only the broker here, I feel they should have offered more assistance. FYI, I would stay away from 5301 Asbury due to the mold conditions in the HVAC system.By Tom DiPietropolo, November 14, 2017
